What is Creative Earth Wellbeing?

In case you don’t already know, I am full of ideas! And, most of the time, I am happy to report that I follow through with my dreams and make them a reality. Whether it is changing jobs, relationships, or country of residence, I am proud to say that I have always listened to my heart. I am an ever evolving human. I am learning, unlearning and feeling my way through this precious life. Lovingly, my mother has even coined a phrase for me… “LLP — Loren’s Latest Plan.”

Creative Earth Wellbeing was born out of another phase of my transformation and journey.

I was raised with an unwavering knowing that I am a child of Mother Earth. Her waters are my blood. Her air is my life-force. Her roots are my own.

I have been guided and grounded on my own journey of growth into the worlds of yoga and body work. I practice using the techniques and lifestyle of yoga to navigate my daily life. I understand the deep healing effects of physical and energetic touch. I am also called to work with healthy eating and nourishment to take care of our homes, our bodies. And through all of this, one of the most powerful healing tools, is my connection to the earth.

Take off your shoes. Stand in the grass. On the sand. Under a tree. Close your eyes and breathe. When you plug in, you are automatically recharged. And when that’s not enough, I have learned and continue to learn other ways to re-root and reset when needed.

Creative Earth Wellbeing is my platform to share these ways with you.

Through on demand classes, workshops for students and teachers, 1:1 work, my blog filled with recipes and lifestyle ideas, retreat offerings and creative inspirations, you will find numerous ways to be well and live well.

I will be transitioning, slightly, away from offering a traditional 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I will maintain our registered school (Flow Yoga International) and I will continue to be honored to work with those interested in sharing the practice with those that feel a calling to teach.

However, the majority of my work now will focus on you as the individual and how you can find your authentic path. Using a multifaceted approach to wellness, you can find your creative expression through yoga, dance, body & energy work, cooking, painting, hand-weaving, pottery, herbalism, to name a few.

It is my aim to help you discern your unique way to wellbeing.

I would love to hear from you if you have any questions, suggestions, requests or feedback as we move into this essential time of healing, finding joy, and expressing our truest selves.

I look forward to sharing a part of this journey with you as we learn and grow together.
